Pepsin-Hydrochloric Acid Electrode Cleaning Solution

(for the removal of Proteins)

Buildup containing proteins (e.g. food industry):
Use a mixture of Hydroclorua axit, CAS 7647-01-0 (0.5 %) and Pepxin A, CAS 9001-75-6 < 0.5% (commercially available) and then rinse thoroughly with plenty of clear water.

After cleaning, rinse the sensor thoroughly with water and then recalibrate.
